So I found out on Steam from another user what they did, and it appears that they turned off antialiasing off in their Nvidia Control Panel for the game. In the video I would show you, I will post another video with them on again.
Hopefully that is something you can look into to figure how you can incorporate antialiasing because most people want that in their games.
Issue is back for me. FXAA doesn't fix it.
using NVIDIA - FXAA ON makes blackscreen effect
Update:
I just reinstalled the game and that seemed to fix it.
@Bad Bunny I've run into this problem now as well. It was fine yesterday, but now all of a sudden this is happening. Changing settings in the Nvidia panel doesn't work.
Good I hope it helps. I think the only issue I have now is taking screenshots. When I take a screenshot, the screenshots are appearing against a blackscreen??? Not really sure how to resolve that at the moment.
When you use the ingame snapshot feature, is it suppose to take a picture of everything onscreen? Girl with props and background desktop applications like windows etc?
Also the girl being blown up in the middle when I start a scene?
Thanks a lot for the info! We will check out if we can do anything with this inside of the game. But anyway, this kind of solution is already better than nothing.
I was doing more testing around the antialiasing and I narrowed it down to Antialiasing-FXAA setting in the Nvidia Controller Panel. That was causing the blackscreen issue.
I ran into another BlackScreen problem. When I try to take pictures, it takes the picture but it doesn't show the background of my desktop. I have a video to show you.
So with the two videos that I just place for you to view. I hope that you can see that there is an issue with using the antialiasing settings in the Nvidia Control Panel. Having to turn off the settings seem to make the application work on my desktop.
I hope that helps narrow down the problem and maybe you can come up with a solution to fixing it so people can have antialiasing settings on if they choose to.
Thank You.
Okay here is the video of both settings being shown to demonstrate the blackscreen effect.
